Warranty. For a period of 12 months (or such longer period if so warranted by Seller's suppliers) from the date of delivery of any Product to Buyer (the "Warranty Period"), Seller warrants that such Product shall (i) be free from defects in materials and workmanship, (ii) have been manufactured and assembled in accordance with Section 5 above, (iii) be free from all liens and encumbrances and (iii) conform to its respective Specifications and purchase order.
